Why These Facilitators?

Initiation is not about information.
It is about who is holding the field.

Munyai-Ki requires facilitators who are not only trained, but embodied — people who have walked through their own initiations, lived the medicine in real life, and can hold others without projection, hierarchy, or bypassing.

This retreat is guided by two facilitators whose paths are distinct, complementary, and deeply aligned.

Together, they create a container that is:

  • balanced rather than polarized

  • relational yet sovereign

  • grounded in both compassion and clarity

  • safe without being soft

  • deep without being overwhelming

This pairing allows the work to be held with steadiness, discernment, and care — essential for true initiation.

Yora — Holding the Field of the Heart

Yora brings a deeply attuned, embodied, and relational presence to this work.

Her path has been shaped by years of dedication to healing, energy medicine, and conscious embodiment. She carries the ability to meet people exactly where they are, without needing them to be different, better, or “more spiritual.”

Her facilitation is known for:

  • deep emotional safety

  • gentle yet precise energetic attunement

  • a grounded connection to the heart and body

  • the capacity to hold shadow without fear or judgment

Yora’s work invites participants to soften, to trust, and to reconnect with their own inner knowing — not through force, but through presence.

She brings a feminine, receptive, and intuitive intelligence to the Munay-Ki rites, supporting participants to feel held while they meet what is true for them.

Josh — Holding the Axis of Clarity & Transformation

Josh brings a strong initiatory presence, grounded in years of personal transformation and applied spiritual practice.

His facilitation is rooted in:

  • energetic precision and clarity

  • deep respect for lineage and integrity

  • the ability to name patterns without shaming

  • supporting people to step into responsibility rather than dependency

He holds space for real change, not comfort-driven spirituality. His work supports participants to reclaim agency, clear inherited patterns, and step into a more aligned relationship with power, choice, and purpose.

He brings balanced feminine & masculine, stabilizing, and discerning current to the container — ensuring that what opens can also be integrated and lived.

Why This Pairing Matters

Many retreats rely on a single voice or perspective.
This work does not.

With these two facilitators:

  • participants are never left without support

  • the field stays regulated and coherent

  • different needs can be met simultaneously

  • no single dynamic dominates the space

The balance of heart and clarity, receptivity and discernment, holding and challenge creates a container where participants can safely go deep — without getting lost, overwhelmed, or spiritually bypassed.

This is not about guru energy.
It is about co-facilitation, humility, and shared responsibility.

What This Means for You

You are not coming to be “fixed.”
You are coming to be met.

You will be supported by facilitators who:

  • walk their talk

  • respect your sovereignty

  • do not rush your process

  • know when to intervene and when to step back

  • understand that initiation unfolds at its own pace

This work is held by people who are committed — not to an outcome — but to integrity, presence, and truth.
