Energy is the foundation of all existence — and that includes you. In physics, energy is a measurable property that can be transferred or transformed, but never created or destroyed. It manifests in many forms such as heat, light, and motion, always flowing, shifting, and shaping reality.

Even our emotions — or Energy in Motion — are expressions of this universal energy. When we consciously or unconsciously suppress these emotions, the natural flow of energy is disrupted. This stagnation can build over time, manifesting as tension, discomfort, or even dis-ease in the physical body. To restore balance and well-being, this blocked energy must be acknowledged and set back into motion.
