Energy has MANY measurable properties as such there are different Types of Energy. In Physics, energy is the quantitative property that is transferred to a body or to a physical system, recognizable in the performance of work and in the form of heat & light. Energy is a conserved quantity - the law of Conservation of Energy states that energy can be Converted in form, but not created or destroyed.

Our ‘E’motions = Energy-in-motion. When we suppress our emotions (knowingly or unknowingly) or our awareness pivots to other areas in our reality vs acknowledging those “e”motions, that energy stops moving until its acknowledged. Over time we build up & stock up energy in our body that has stopped and it creates “dis-ease” in our physical body. In so doing we unintentionally create illness in our body and need to get those stagnant energies BACK into motion. For Aid in this, or other areas:
